Partner Chee Kong has been in private wealth management and banking industry for almost 3 decades. He has held various leadership roles and collaborates with investment banking and asset management for high net worth private banking clients. As a people leader, Chee Kong is passionate about grooming and mentoring new leaders and bankers. He helped banks analyzed skill gaps and organized training requirements to nurture Relationship Managers to Trusted Advisors. He has a flair to grow teams, develop junior and season bankers to their potential.
Yvonne Lee
Business Director Yvonne is an experienced individual with expertise in various facets of a business, such as Business Relationship Management, Client Relationship Management and Wealth Management for retail and private bank's client. With her vast experience, she knows the key catalysts and factors that are essential for a business or corporate to grow and thrive. Yvonne is passionate about Learning and Development and loves being able to see the dots and connecting them by adding value to the business. She also believe in women's empowerment, supporting sustainable development in any corporation and society.
Ignatius Goh
Partner Ignatius is a recruitment specialist who has aided in placements within top investment banks/private equity as well as in well-funded tech startups. These placements are the are reasons why clients and candidates keep coming back to Ignatius. Apart from joining BASK as a partner, he is co-founder and Managing Partner of Beyond Search, leading Beyond Search’s efforts to provide the highest quality experience to clients and candidates. Prior to recruitment, Ignatius co-founded a Juice Cleanse startup to inspire healthy living, while working as an investment banker. Ignatius synergizes top talents in the world of finance with innovative and well-funded start-ups, along the way pushing for change in the world of recruitment.

Partner Alvin started his career as a relationship manager in Citi and DBS, before transitioning into the recruitment industry for the past 7 years. Alvin was based in Hong Kong for 2 years building up the risk & compliance desk in an award winning global recruitment firm in Hong Kong, Singapore and UK. He focuses on C-Suite to Mid-level hires in both corporate and technical functions.
